The MSA7040TB offers you the option of getting a little more height or clearance from your straight microphone stand. It fits onto all standard 5/8″ mic-stand threads and allows adjustment for angle and length. The telescoping portion of the boom collapses to 19″ and expands to 32.5″, allowing you to place the microphone further from the base.
