They came. They jammed. They won.

Molokai’s own Pa’akai came to the King street store on Sat on Jan 30th to do a little shopping, and we invited to them to play a couple of songs for us . They rocked ! But that was only the warm up as the band went on to win 1st place and the title of “Best High School Band” at the annual Brown Bags To Stardom competition.  All of us at Easy Music Center would like to congratulate you guys and extend an open invitation to come on down and jam any time at the store. All the best on your future and keep making great music!

Since the release of the StudioLive 16.4.2, PreSonus has been on the top of the charts for the 16 channel mixer category. It was a new fresh look to the digital mixer and no one could have predicted the amount of people who opted into getting one. Our customer, Butch O’ Sullivan, shows us what he does with his Electro Harmonix 22 Caliber amp. I can honestly say I never would have thought of this. He plays a lot of cruise ship gigs and he loves to travel light. So when I showed him the 22 Caliber amp, he was completely stoked. He came back a couple of days after he bought it just to show me what he came up with. He hooks up a small Behringer mixer into the 22 Caliber, driving two floor monitors. Talk about creative!
