You have been asking for upright bass strings so here they are.   An assortment for the high school band player to the hillbilly player doing dog house slap.  Super Sensitives work great for the player that is using a bow and needs a set of strings at an affordable price. My favorite are the Labella 1006 nylon wound strings. They have a comparable sound to gut but at half the price and hold up much better than gut in the weather conditions in Hawaii. We also carry the La Bella rope core strings that are a step up from the traditional steel string and would work great for multiple applications .

What can I say about this guitar that hasn’t already been said, or should I say played throughout its 50 plus year History. Eddie Cochran, Joe Walsh,  Stephen Stills, Billy Duffy,  Mathew Ashman, and Brian Setzer are some of the great players who have graced this guitar.

We have had quite a few local legends come in and eye this baby, and they just had to take her for a spin as it is truly a classic.

From rock to jazz,rockabilly to country, this guitar is a stunner. It has gold glitter trim with 22 frets on a pearloid inlaid ebony fret board which sports a scale length of 25.5.  It also has Filtertron pickups a huge 17″ body and a totally unique tone.  Nothing comes close to this guitar…

That’s right. If we use your radio ad, you get a $200 gift card and you get to hear your work on the radio.

The Guidelines:
1. We have to use the spot. There is no guarantee that anyone will be a winner. If we don’t like what we get, we will do our own spot as we usually do (Billy doing pidgeon in the background…)

2. The spot needs to be exactly 27 seconds long (we need room at the end for our little blurb).

3. Catchy, dorky, funny, and original ads are the ads that people remember.

4. It is a commercial to let people know we are opening a new store in Kapolei Nov 1st.

5. No inappropriate language or suggestions.

6. It must be original work.

7. Try to give people an idea of what we sell here

8. You don’t have to sing. You could do a backing track with a voiceover. You could do a freecreditreport.com type jingle. You could do just about anything that strikes your fancy.
