I recently took a trip to sunny L.A. to visit Roland USA headquarters located in Commerce, California.
It was basically a training trip to learn more about the company, its history, and its products.
But the biggest surprise was its customer service department. I got to see first-hand how it works and how truly amazing it is.

Here’s a little video I made on how to beef up your kick drum sound for a live gig. I just bought the JBL PRX518S powered subwoofer, which I’ll be using for my gigs from now on, to beef up my own kick drum. After hooking up one of our Mapex kits at the store, I decided I gotta have it!! It may be hard to distinguish the sound quality in the video, but in person you can feel the kick drum in your chest as you would in a large venue setting.
