Dennis R. Carreira was born in Waipahu in 1951. He spent his first 39 years in Ewa Beach and now lives in Aiea. Dennis has been playing organ and keyboard for 50 years. He started when he was 7 years old with a Magnus organ. In 1999 Dennis played the Robert Morton organ at Hawaii Theater for part of a Theater Organ Society function.
Dennis has performed for Border’s Waikele, Hospice Hawaii, and the Hallmark Store at Kahala Mall. He was the organist at the Ewa Beach United Methodist Church for 15 years.
