General
Easy Music Center shall not be held liable for any damages/loss incurred by use of equipment.
Renter agrees to properly operate the equipment in order to minimize the chance of damage.
Reservation
Reservations for rentals are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
There is no charge for reservation.
The First and Last Name of the Renter (whoever is providing deposit/collateral) and a current Phone Number must be provided to secure the reservation.
Pickup and Return
Rentals are available and scheduled on a per-night basis for PA equipment, and a per-week basis for Guitars.
Rentals for band instruments start at a minimum of three months, then move on to a month-to-month basis.
Renter may pick up items any time between 10:30 AM and store closing hours on the rental date.
Guitar and PA rentals are due back on the return date no later than 10:30 AM. Rentals brought back after 10:30 AM on the Return Date are treated as being one day late. Note: store cannot accept rental returns before 10:30 AM.
Rental Fees
Any fees associated with the rental will be listed on the rental form for that item including, but not limited to: Deposit, Rental Fee, Fees involving additional/extra items.
The full rental amount (Total Fees plus Deposit) is due upon inception of the contract. Additional fees may be assessed upon the return of the items, or charged directly to the Credit Card on file as stated below.
All fees are subject to change, without notice, at any time by Easy Music Center.
Collateral and Deposit
Renter is required to provide a valid VISA or Mastercard credit card to use as collateral for the rental. Prepaid and Debit cards are not acceptable. The cardholder's name must be on the card, the card must be signed, and the cardholder must be present to sign the rental contract.
In addition, the cardholder must provide a valid, government issued photo ID containing their signature.
We also require a deposit based on 33% of the principal items in a rental, charged to the Credit Card on File. This deposit will be refunded when the rental is returned (This may take 3-6 business days to be reflected on the Renter's Card).
Renter must be present with the card used for deposit to receive and sign for the refund of their deposit.
Late, Lost, Stolen or Damaged Equipment
Easy Music Center reserves the right to charge the Renter's Credit Card Account for every day or partial day the item is late, up to the Total Equipment Value for that rental.
Easy Music Center reserves the right to treat the non-return of any rental equipment as theft, to notify the appropriate authorities, and to prosecute to the full extent of the law.
Easy Music Center reserves the right to evaluate equipment upon return and charge the Renter's Credit Card Account for any damage to the rental equipment. Damages are assessed by Easy Music Center's management and are non-negotiable.
The total amount charged will not exceed the Total Equipment Value specified on the Rental Form.
