Yes! We are an authorized QSC service center. 

Diagnostic/Troubleshooting/Service work is by appointment only. 

Before you visit us, please review the following steps.

1. Register your QSC product(s) (Required for warranty claims)
• https://www.qsc.com/support/product-registration/
2. Email us the following information to admin@easymusiccenter.com
• Model#
• Serial# (Image preferred)
• Description of issue (Video optional)
• Copy of receipt (Required for warranty claims)

After submission

1. Our QSC service team will reach out to schedule a drop-off time
2. During drop-off
• Sign drop-off form (Required)
• Full payment for services (Out of warranty work)

Please note

• All QSC service work must be approved and scheduled before visiting the store.
• We do not accept unscheduled items.
• Product registration must be completed before visiting the store.
• All out-of-warranty work must be paid in full before service is performed.
